This is my story
I build things and help others build theirs.
My entrepreneurial journey started at 19. In January 2017, I founded Norgress Corp. with a single goal: to build a company that supports people and the businesses they build. What began as a single venture now operates across advisory, publishing, real estate and small business support—each arm built on the same conviction that good business is a relationship before it's a transaction.
Today, I also teach what I've spent my career practising. Since 2023 I've been on faculty at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, where I lead courses in Entrepreneurship and Innovation spanning small business management, corporate entrepreneurship, design thinking, and new venture creation.
I write, too. My first book, The Marketing Fallacy, was published in 2020 and earned a Readers' Favorite 5-Star Review Seal, and my articles on business, technology, and work have appeared in publications including ReadWrite, Thrive Global, and Fandom.
Along the way, through my advisory efforts, I've worked with everyone from first-year founders to Fortune 500 organizations. Large role or small, the question has never changed: what is this business actually for, and is everything it does serving that?
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Master of Management from Queen's University's Smith School of Business.
